Return/Exchange Policy

Policies

All of our items are eligible for returns and/or exchanges, unless otherwise specified. Please email retrolandoriginals@gmail.com to begin a return or exchange. Postage costs and a restocking fee (when applicable) will be applied to the order. 
    • Returns
      • Returns must be submitted for processing within 14 days upon postmarked delivery date. Please note that all items must be new and unworn to be eligible for a return.  
      • If you would like to return your item(s), please email us to start the return process. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the appropriate postage costs and mail back the item(s) to Retroland HQ. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the total before the balance is reimbursed back to the buyer. 
      • Once the item has been returned, its condition will be assessed to ensure the item has not been worn or damaged. Any items that show signs of wear or have had their tags removed will not be eligible for a full refund. Such orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis between buyer and seller. 
    • Exchanges
      • Exchanges must be submitted for processing within 14 days upon postmarked delivery date. Please note that all items must be new with tags and unworn to be eligible for an exchange.  
      • If you would like to exchange your item for a different selection, please email us to begin the exchange process. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the appropriate postage costs and mail back the item(s) to Retroland HQ. Once the original item has been received, the new selection shall be mailed out and any corrections (additions or deductions) to the payment will be made at that time. 
    • For pieces from our handmade collections, we shall waive the restocking fee for the first exchange within a single transaction, however, any subsequent exchanges (i.e. if you wanted to exchange the item you exchanged from the original), the restocking fee would then be applied to the buyer's original payment method provided. 
    • Any items that show signs of wear or have had their tags removed will not be eligible for an exchange, and will be sent back to the buyer, at their expense. If the buyer would like to return the item submitted for an exchange, the aforementioned circumstances of a typical return would apply.
