Where do you source your fabrics? We source our fabrics from a variety of places. They are all 100% secondhand textiles, with a majority being 30+ years old. We wash and sanitize all fabrics that enter our facility. We use mainly 100% cotton and cotton-poly blend fabrics. If you have concerns about secondhand fabrics, potentially sensitivity or skin issues, please consult your doctor or care team before proceeding with an order.

What should my expectations be for garments made with vintage fabrics? It's important to understand with vintage fabrics that age and wear are a factor, and there may be minor imperfections in the fabric. We believe this adds to the charm of using and wearing 30+ year old textiles. We do however aim to use as near-perfect fabric, as we are able.

Why was my order cancelled? If Shopify flags your order as risky, we as a business are encouraged to comply with their recommendation and cancel any potentially fraudulent orders to protect our business. To avoid your order from being flagged, please make a strong attempt to use the same shipping address as your billing address.

What if I want to use a third-party shipper for my order? While we do not have direct ties with any third-party shipping services, if you as the customer wish to use those services, please note we are not affiliated nor liable for their behalf. If your order appears to use one of the Portland, Delaware, or other warehouses known for providing this service, we may require extra written communication and confirmation to ensure the customer did in fact place the order and to protect our business. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be or appear to be involved in suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
